Pedagogical Functions of the Clinic

Director of the Clinic, Professor T. Tamazashvili, is the founder of hair transplantation in the Republic of Georgia and the Caucasus region. Due to his scientific and practical expertise in this field, the Department of Health has granted the “Hairline International” Clinic license to conduct post-graduate preparation of doctors in hair transplantation.

Over the past 7 years, Professor T. Tamazashvili has educated the following doctors in the field of hair transplantation: G. Markarian, A. Beridze, L. Motskobili, A. Tsilosani, V. Vadachkoria, M. Gugava, E. Kandiashvili, A. Shistopalov, A. Maharashvili, D. Papaskiri, I. Bebiashvili, K. Chuchulashvili, E. Todua, M. Kardava.

At present time, the clinic conducts courses for the preparation of doctors which can be undertaken by willing professionals and nurses, depending on the level of their primary specialization. We have developed a program for the education of medical school students, which will increase the number of professionals working in this field in the future. This, along with healthy competition, forms the basis for the improvement of quality patient care and the establishment of affordable hair transplantation prices.
